On the first day of our Lodge stay we decided to go exploring at hit up the arcade. When we were at Disney World we had promised B we would stop at they Polynesian's arcade, but we never did find the time.
We tried to teach B how to play skeeball. We weren't terribly successful...
Great Wolf did have a "story time." On the first night of our stay we sat down for some entertainment. B really enjoyed the book...something about cupcakes, go figure!
On Friday of our trip we scheduled a train ride with Thomas! It was called "Day out with Thomas." When I purchased the tickets, months earlier, they offered a package of goodies to accessorize the trip. Of course, wanting B to miss NO PART of the joys of childhood, I got suckered in. Notice his Thomas whistle, hat, bandana, and lanyard. What child doesn't need a lanyard? : /

B did NOT want to wait in the very long line to get a picture with Thomas from the INSIDE of the gate. I concurred, so R picked up the boy and we got a great shot nonetheless! We might have to do some editing and print this for the wall!
No day with Thomas is complete without a bounce house, right?
And a slide. B thinks bounce houses come with slides. Yes, dear, if you double the rental price they sure do.
