A few minutes ago Benjamin hit Kylie and I repremanded him and told him to tell her that he was sorry. He muttered a half-hearted "Sorry Kylie" under his breath and I told him that he needed to say it like he meant it and that I didn't think she believed him. Benjamin started to appologize but then realized the ridiculousness of the situation and stopped mid sentence, looked right at me and deadpanned....
"I'm sor....Dada, dogs don't talk."
I laughed too hard to even pretend to be mad.
