Valentine's Day & Festivities

Bekah's school party in Mrs. Carter's classroom...

Bekah partaking in the festivities in MY classroom...

Wild things in Lago Vista...

A little family hike in the Balcones Wildlife Preserve...

And then there was golf...

My boy...

On Valentine's Day we headed over to Flat Creek Vinyard which is, conveniently, next door to the development we plan to build in. It was absolutely beautiful.  The pictures don't do it justice...

And, since it was a long, Presidents' Day weekend, Bekah was able to choose an activity, too.  She chose...

POTTERY PAINTING!

And then there was Frisbee golf...

Back in Cypress, B had become a big fan of Pokémon.  He made me play with him.  It involved lots of math, so I gave in...

And Bekah wrote cards...

The following weekend we headed downtown to watch the women's USA soccer Olympic qualifiers...

They were so cute that they were actually photographed and published in media sources...

The next night was Grandmommy's birthday...

Even though we never did get to that recital, I was able to sneak a peek at Bekah in her beloved ballet outfit...

And THIS GUY takes Rodeo Day VERY seriously...every year...

She wouldn't even wear her hat...

She really gets into the party atmosphere...
